i support listing all penguins on the highest protective list around. it is clear this negligent agency under the inept, anti environmetnal direction of george bush and his gang of crooks made decimating all species one of their priorties. after all, wall street had to make billions for its crooked executives and nothing was protected. not even american citizens were protected under bush. it is time for a reversal of these inept anti environmental policies. protect al penguin species not just these few.
