all penguin species should be protected to the highest level of protection. there are many othre species that need full protection of the highest order immediately besides these few. it takes so long for them to get any protecton, most species are dead by the time this negligent agency gets around to protection. under bush the us dept of interior has become the most corrupt dept in washington dc with a record that is shameful. absolutely shameful. we need a thorough clean out of this agency to get rid of paying for gun wackos to be in charge of this agency. what the gun wackos did not murder, the lobbyists for industry did. this agency has no business being in any animal work at all. it is about business and commerce and skanky corrupt lobbyists for industry.
