of course this bird should have been on the endangered list fifty years ago. it is awful that this agency is so negligent in protecting american wildlife. i consider that this agency has been turned lately into gun wackos who seem to be focused on encouraging wildlife murderers instead of protecting species. the species are being exterminated one by one. and this agency is standing by allowing it to happen. bush appointees also have done their utmost to kill and murder all wildlife and bird species. it is good they are leaving office. we hope a change happens at this agency as well since it is currently on the wrong track.
