protect all penguin species from the horror that has been allowed of environmental degradation and destruction under the crooked bush administation. this inept negligent administration has been so anti environmental that nothing was safe from their crooked grasp - not even people's health which also suffere dunder this adminsitration which catered to the crooked wall street thieves and looters. the bill is comign home to roost from allowing this awful man to be the worst president this country has ever had for 8 years.
