Comment on FR Doc # E9-15826

Dear Sir/ Madam, I have read the United States Fish and Wildlife Service proposal to list four Colombian and one Ecuadorian foreign bird species as endangered under the Endangered Species act of 1973 as amended act 16 USC 1531 et seq. . And have understood upon reading the document that states this rule extended on July 17 of 2009, that it is open to the public to make comments on this rule. I am interested in making comments on this rule, specifically on the case of the Esmeraldas Woodstar Chaetocercus berlepschi. For this reason I am sending to you a request for public hearing and will send my final comments by September 8th as stated for propose deadline for receaving public comments.
