usda allowed a tiger to live in a small roadside service station smelling fumes all day long to kill it. usda routinely spends its budget on everything but protecting any animal. its mgt likes to take trips for fun. tiger conservation is not working at all anywhere in the world. the usa trades with china, which it knows is abusing tigers but still continues to trade with this poison country, which abuses people and animals and medicines. rtca should be providing money to sanctuaries that try to protect animals. this proposal is full of unrealitistic statements. you can buy tiger parts in chinatown in nycity. nobody is stopping anything. the tigers die every day for money and greed. cites is a huge failure.it protects nothing, but gets to take big trips to talk about protecting. it acutally does NOTHING. cites lkes the trips more than saving and protecting animals. cites is sriously flawed. this whole system needs to have corruption stopped. i think all tiger lives in america should be registered. all tigers of any kind. soon there will be none in the world the way it it soing. money money money is the rage, not tigers.
