Migratory Bird Permits; Control of Purple Swamphens

Purple Swamphens are not migratory, they did not migrate to Florida, they were introduced. As with any invasive introduced species, Muscovy Ducks, Purple Swamphens, or Mute Swans, they need to be removed. I support their removal.
