the scandal plagued us dept of interior which is as corrupt as sin, fws division has this proposal to allow gun wackkos to murder migratory birds for their "joy" at killing. this is a closed proces. the gun wacko hunters took over the process and have effectively sealed off the whole process from teh general public, which the gun wackos keep out with a vengeance. the regular folks in the us dont get a chance to have any say on this issue of killing birds at all. the flyway counsils operate in secret and are only composed of gun wacko bird murderers. nobody from any animal protection group ever gets to sit or speak on the issue in the council. it is a corrupt council operation. they are hand picked to sit on this council and certainly if you believe in protecting birds you will NEVER sit on these councils. the regeular citizen in the us get their tax dollars taken for these council activities and they dont have a voice. it is not democracy operating in these flyway councils or the fws. . the way these councils and this fws group operates , it is what they threw the tea off the us constitution in boston harbor in the l700's for. this is not democracy. it is despotism in these councils and in this fws. it runs rampant over the ordinary us citizen who is not consulted at all. he is kept from the whole process. who knows when or where these secret flyway councils meet - NOBODY. take a poll of the general population and ask them where the flyway council meets and when. l out of l000 might know. that is not operating for the general public at all.
