you cant open the document that the atlantic flyway says is their "recommendations". what is wrong with this website that you cant open the document to see what the atlantic flyway says. after all, this very very secret organization where nobody knows when they meet, what they do, except that they seem to be made up of members of hunting/bird murdering clubs. i see very little bird protection emanating from this taxpayer financed group so i think it needs to be reformulated to include animal protection people. i do not trust what this very very secret group comes out with, since it is bird murder plans. i also think it is indicative of the way this group works so secretly that you cant read their recommendations on this website today. it is all in keeping with power mongering for a certain few and keeping out any democratic process with the people of this country and region.
