this agency has been for the past 8 years focusing on encouraging gun wacko wildlife and bird murderers and this agency desperately needs a new focus toward protecting american wildlife and bird life. i am disgusted at seeing gun wackos in control at this agency under the bush administration, which is terribly anti environmental . we want to save these birds. certainly this agency has only been focused on encouraging gun wackos to kill. it is time for a change. it is clear this should be done immediately. all of these birds deserve life, not death and murdering at the hands of these human scum with their brutality and violence in their hearts. they are god's creatures.
