As a concerned citizen I would like all measures be taken to insure that the Rusty Blackbird does
not become extinct due to the actions of humans. As the population of Rusty Blackbirds is
decreasing to dangerously low numbers, killing them to protect food supplies doesn't make sense.
It would seem that they should be protected to the extent that it is possible from being
exterminated, since with their small numbers they cannot be a problem in and of themselves. I
want to go on record that I want them to be protected.
