I AGREE WITH THE PROPOSED EXTENSION OF THE existing legislation. We have been going to Leech Lake and owned a cabin for the last 3 years. We saw a noticiable drop in walleye fishing when those double-crested comorants started multiplying. On the flip side, last summer's walleye fishing was much improved over the last 3-5 years with the noticable drop in cormorants. Lets keep the thinning of the comorants going, to keep the walleye fishing improving and help the economic viability of the Walker area.
