there is no protection left for any species anymore. fws wants to turn all birds and animals into cash cows to make money. this use of raptors is beyond the pale. there is no call from the public for this at all. this is an expensiv eprogram costing the taxpayers alot of money for maybe l0 people in a state of 9 million people. nobody is interested in this except profiteers and we dont need to turn these raptors into cash cows for profiteers. leave the sitatution alone. this continual money making greed scenario of the usfws is disgugst, depraved and degenerate. evidently nothing can exist with a reason for itsel t to be alive unless somebody uses it to make money for themselves. that is what this whole project is aboutu - a money making venture turning this bird into a vehicle subject to human will. there IS ABSOLUTELY NO CALL FROM THE PUBLIC FOR THIS AT ALL.NONE. THAT IS A CLEAR LIE FROM THE USFWS. TO HAVE TEN PEOPLE IN A STATE OF NINE MILLION AND SAY "THE PUBLIC" IS CALLING FOR IT IS A CLEAR AND PRESENT LIE.
