Thank you for amending this regulation on muscovies. As a participant in waterfowl rescue, this change gives me comfort. Muscovies are neat waterfowl and I enjoy the ones I have! I am happy that you considered the numerous responses you received regarding that ruling which many of us considered cruel and shocking. We are responsible citizens and will do our best to give these waterfowl the best care. Again, thank you for hearing us!
