Please do not pass this piece of legislation. Muscovy ducks have been domesticated in this country since the 1950s and are kept by many for pest control as they eat slugs and other nuisance insects. They are not migratory birds. They tend to not fly. Muscovies in the United States are part of the farm, much as chickens, geese, and other ducks. They are sold by many hatcheries. They should not be treated as wild migratory fowl since they are not. Thank you for your time.
