You are to be commended for considering this zone change... It is my humble opinion that the Wisconsin zones should include a third zone- that being the Mississippi River subzone. The lines are well understood, the hunters have proven to be very conservation minded and it fits all the criteria of your rule making . seeyaonthemarsh-Don
