rin 1018 ax06 - did enough birds die gruesomely in the gulf from oil to satisfy your bird death quest. i thought NOT. it is time to have the flyway councils meet on software that the nation can join in the meetings with. it is not time for them to continue to go on vacations on taxpayers dollars for them to stay in fancy hiltons, have taxpayers pay for their transportation and for their meals. thismeeting can take place in their homes with their wife making a sandwich for them. it is time to stop swindling the us taxpayers with these vacations so frequently. there is no need for these taxpayer financed vacations. obama has asked all of you leaches to use software - what is holding it up? is ken salazar too busy with his mismanagment of mms and fws to get to this? bar all murder of ducks, pintails, woodcocks and every othr bird trying to stay alive in the us, which has a bird population teetering on extinction from the stupid 1937 politices of this council and its murderous cohorts. instead ban human psychotic wildlife murderers for their inhumanity toward birds. the birds flew through the gulf and you will allow killing them. what a horror we have in this council. this agency does not respond to the 300 million person :"public" at all .you respond onlyand work only for wildlife murderers. they are only l% of the us population. it is time to represent us all. this is not "sport" it is murderous psychoses. this rule will maerially and adversely affect 300 million us citizens of this country. their quality of life is diminshed by having malicious redneck elmer fudds in their backyards. this agency is out of control. bush cheney and their malicious scumbags were hired in this agency and are pursuing a destructive path for wildlife/birds. the fws charter is broken. this l930 law needs updating to 2010. it has broken its charter.
