the alleged "surveys" conducted are nothng but a pile of crap. the public has seen how corrupt and negligent usfws is with the gulf of mexico, where this agency signed off on a plan to drill oil with the plan saying walruses will be protected.Crap comes out of this agency, nothign but fake crap. they hire biased scientists who defend the murder of all birds and wildlife in this country for the jobs they will eventually get from murderous deranged gun wackos. you take money from gun mfrs. you even have ex employees who have decided to expose alot of the mismanagementgoing on at this aency. i ask the inspector general and gao to take a goodlook at what is going on at this corrupt skanky agency. this agency protects NOTHING. EVERY SINGLE ELEMENT OF THIS PLAN IS A FRAUD AND A FAKE UPON THE CITIZENRY OF THIS COUNTRY BECAUSE YOU ONLY WORK FOR GUN KILLERS AND MURDERS/PROFITEERS FROM WILDLIFE/BIRD DEATH.
