I respect the fact that much science has gone into estimating where and why populations may represent increase, but my observation is that the estimates supplied are continually too high. If they were not too high, we would not see the sudden and dramatic drop in populations that we have seen in various species. Keep the bag limits as they are for all species and watch the trends over SEVERAL years before making an increase.
