I completely support the use of the golden eagle and the bald eagle in raptor propagation. There is absolutely no biological reason to exclude them from the list of available raptors. The only reason to exclude a bird from the usable list should be the sustainability of the wild population. This does not apply to either of the species in question. Thank you.
