Migratory Bird Permits: Raptor Propagation

View Comment

Eagle propagation should be allowed and regulated in the same way as any other indigenous raptor. There is no biological or scientific reason to treat them differently. There is also no reason to not allow hybridization. Canadian and European falconcers have been doing so for quite some time without any issues.
