There is no way that regulations on eagles should be changed to suit an industry that is destroying more than eagles' lives. Wind power is a waste of our tax dollars and all projects should be stopped as our birds, bats and other species are harmed, as well as our forests and human health. STOP THE madness for no return and please stop the lies. Save lives and do NOT change any regulations to justify this awful industry that massacres our eagles. Wind power is a scam and our animals should not have to suffer for it,
