Comment on FR Doc # 2011-28942

I have previously submitted comments opposing the FWS' proposed amendment to the definition of "hybrid" in 10.13 to include non-native raptor hybrids. I want to submit additional coments now. I was forwarded a copy of a letter written by the American FAlconry Conservacy wherein this organization presented very valid arguments in opposition to the proposed amendement. I was also forwarded a copy of a letter written by Robert Kennedy in opposition to the proposed amendment. I have attached a copy of both letters and support the arguments and positions stated herein. I want to submit these letters as additional arguments to my previous comments and I restate all arguments made in these letters. Both of these letters are well researched and well written. I support all arguments presented as my own.
