Please find the attached comments on behalf of the Voigt Intertribal Task Force of the Great Lakes Indian Fish and Wildlife Commission in response to the Service’s Proposed Rules, 77 FR 49680, regarding off-reservation migratory bird hunting by GLIFWC member tribes in the land cession areas within the scope of the United States-Ojibwe treaties of 1836, 1837, and 1842. These comments are also submitted on behalf of the Bay Mills Indian Community, a member tribe of GLIFWC, but not a member of the Task Force.
