Comment on FR Doc # E9-00287

I believe that the rules reguarding outdoor sports(hunting and fishing) should not be governed at the federal level, but should continue to be created, monitered, and reviewed by the individual states. The Federal governments involvement in this issue is only a waste of taxpayer resources, especially when the states have been doing an excellent job enforcing fair and balanced fish and game policies.
