i want an extension of time to further cmoment. can you please send me a paper copy of this proposal so that i can specifically comment on each element of this proposal. i also want to say that you have no good reason to discriminate and eliminate fax or e mail comments on this proposal. you are in fact trying to skew a balance from the residents of the united states by saying you cant use mail, which is the most widely used method of communication in the entire ciountry. you are trying to skew what you get in comments. it is also factual that the space on this website is limited so that one cannot comment in the length that this question has brought up. you are in fact discriminating again sot hat the people of this country have no room on this website to fully comment. YOUR ACTIONS ARE DESPICABLE. THIS IS DISGUSTING THAT YOU TREAT THE PEOPLE OF THIS COUNTRY WITH THE DISRESPECT SHOWN IN THIS PROPOSAL.
