this plan to kill and murder wildife seems to be dictated by the nra. it certainly is full of moneymaking and greed and represents a war on widlife for greed and money. there is no respect for wildiife or birds lives in this entire plan. a l966 law is too old to use as a plan since this is 2012 and this is 50 years later and there has been massive changes in both habitat and climate since this law was passed. using a l966 law in 2012 is an insult to intelligence. there is no change in teh law but changes in habitat and climate. this law needs updating to reflect threatened species living in these refuges, which are killed by the gun wacko murderers unleashed by a l966 law. the determinations in this plan are scientifically fake junk science and have no validity. the general public is being totally ignored in this plan. that land in refuges belong to them and they are entitled to use it l2 months of the year. this agency even blackballs animal protection groups to skew the outreach that it makes to the public. the american pubilc is getting a skewed biased war on wildflife and birds in this plan. this plan is simply an assault on wildilfe lives without independent science. this agency has hired junk science to make this plan. another example of the us govbt failing its general citizens and catering to special itnerets with a need to kill andmurder. disgusting.
