i oppose any federal refuge adopting regulations from states fish & game depts because these state depts are all populated by gun wacko hunters. these state depts dont hire you unless you are a wildlife/bird killers. the nra seems to have taken over these state agencies. there is no protction at all for wildlife or birds at these state agencies which specialize in artificially growing animals so they can be shot to death by gun wackos. this is an artificial not natural anti environmental action which needs to be stopped. encouraging this artificial growth of game animals nees to be stopped. it is artificial. it is destroying the natural ecology. thee state agencies are pqalsy walsy with federal mgt so this needs to be stopped. they seem to trade "gifts". in no way does "killing or murdering a bird make anyhone in their right mind appreciate having birds around. kililng wildlife is NOT an acceptable use for a refuge. you even misuxe the word refuge. the general public is not being served at all by fws. this plan needs revision and is opposed. .
