Are you people crazy wanting to charge people for fishing on the shores, piers or docks, etc. With this economy and the cost of food...a lot of us will be fishing for our dinners. I have been entertaining the idea for a purchasing a rod and reel or drop line. I am on a very small income (disability). I get $41.00 a month for food stamps. Now you want me to pay for a license to eat. Well guess what?? F**K YOU!!!
