Request Clarification in detail for All of the following:
"Response: The statute specifically
makes the law (TAA or BAA) applicable
to the total value of the acquisition,
which the GSA Office of General
Counsel has interpreted as meaning the total contract value, not the value of the
individual task order. Therefore, the
TAA applies to each order issued under
the Schedule contract."
How is this understood for GSA multiple award contract holder/s?
Request example utilizing schedule 70 $500,000.00 estimated contract award.
If Government Buyer/s submits RFQ for supplies on GSAAdvantage.gov e-buy,
and it is known that product is not TAA compliant, what are the procedures for
small business to request blanket authorization to request inclusion of All of a
manufacturers supplies, non TAA compliant, be added to a small businesses
contract?
