I oppose this regulation. HIPAA laws are there to protect patients, and curtail the abuse of private health information. Requiring medical professionals to report to the NICBCS (Document ID HHS-OCR-2013-0002-0001) flies in the face of HIPAA and an individual's 2nd Amendment rights.
