I believe the creation of Health Exchanges is a smart move to increase insurance coverage and reduce small business administrative expenses. My point of contention is why must the federal government deficit spend or raise taxes on individuals in order to fund this operation? Can you not reduce subsidies or eliminate tax shelters for large corporations instead of placing the burden on certain Americans to subsidize the cost of insurance for other people?
