Eligible Applicants I would like to submit that a private, non-profit hospital be considered as an "eligible applicant" for sponsorship of a CO-OP, and that a "Physician Hospital Organization" (PHO) be considered as an "eligible applicant" for sponsorship of a CO-OP as well.
