Holding the physicians officed accoutnale for the patients willingness to engage electronically is unfair. How is a practice of largely elderly poverty patients ever supposed to get this accomplished. We struggle just to get our patietns to come to their appoitnemtns let alone engaging with our practice via a compouter. Most do not even have a computer.
