Overall, the proposed changes to the SHP Regulations appear to add clarity and flexibility where it has been most needed. HUD-CPD is commended for its efforts to more carefully align this vital program with current needs and conditions. Alaska Housing Finance Corporation The comment submitted on September 17, 2004 was incomplete. There was no actual comment attached or entered.
