The Freedom of Information Act is very helpful for the use of the public. The FOIA makes the information easier so the public can understand how to do request for the HUD fee waiver or fee reduction. It also provides helpful information from agencies and access to agencies records. This regulation will give an opportunity for the public to have a better and easier understanding of the information of the HUD. Comment on FR Doc # E6-16441
