We are opposed to HUD using multi-race AIAN U.S. Census data for IHBG allocation. Multi-race AIAN data includes many people who NAHASDA was not enacted to assist, and funding for their housing needs at the expense of our New Mexico tribes is unfair and contrary to the law. We demand that HUD return to using only single-race data immediately to correct this injustice and to help those of our New Mexico tribes who are in greatest need. Comment on FR Doc # E6-20939
