The Red Lake Reservation Housing Authority is opposed to HUD using multi-race AIAN U.S. Census data for IHBG allocation. Multi-race AIAN data includes many people who NAHASDA was not enacted to assist. The funding for their housing needs is at the expense of those with the greatest need and is unfair and contrary to the law. We call for the use of only single-race data to be applied in determining the IHBG allocations. We ask HUD to make this correction. Comment on FR Doc # E6-20939
