The Akron Metropolitan Housing appreciates the opportunity to comment on the proposed rule changes. In general we support the effort by HUD to streamline the process. Any attempt to make the process more cost-effective and quicker will benefit all parties involved. Any concern we have stems from specific proposals to make assurances that may go beyond that which is called for in original governing documents. Our attached comments provide detail.
