I think that it is an outrage that the government of the United States is by regulation going to compel government employees to commit contempt of court. 24 CFR 15.206 (proposed). I thought the government of the United States was dedicated to truth, justice, and the American way. Furthermore, the attorney from HUD who violates his oath to uphold the laws, by directing the employee to act in contempt of court, should be disbarred and then prosecuted for obstruction of justice. If the United States is not a party, I hope that one of the states is a party, and that in exercise of the state's police power, that they imprison both the federal employee and the HUD attorney.
