Fraud Reporting Unless I am misunderstanding the proposed rule and the source of complaints that HUD is seeking to eliminate, it is those complaints filed by the "general public" which must be remedied. This rule being proposed my a taxpayer funded government agency, is, to be polite, ignorant. Stronger words would include hypocritical, delusions of an greatness, biting the hand thad signs your paycheck and skewed priorities. When a person who take time and are motivated by nothing more than a sense of "Civic Duty" as is stated in HUD's website, to report the very situations which seem to have all but demolished HUD's credibility, HUD should at the least recognised the effort! The taxpayers are bailing out the very criminals about whom they tried to report suspicious acts or outright fraud. Government as a regulation enforcer has proven it's skill and desire to prevent what ultimately injures HUD and thus the taxpayer beyond any doubt. I think that you should get on knees a thank the powers that be that we civil irritants don't eliminate your worthless office.
