RE: Docket No FR -05094-P01
To Whom It May Concern:
We believe that the resident survey should be eliminated because only a small
percent of the residents surveyed actually return the survey.
We believe that Housing Authorities should not be deemed troubled if they receive
one score below 60 if the total score of all areas is above 60.
We believe that the Physical indicator needs to fall in line with the way that
multifamily inspections are conducted. We feel that reac inspections should be
done every 2 years.
We feel that the current management indicators should remain as they are and
not be changed to the new ones in the proposed rule.
We do not think that the new rule should go into effect for at least a year so that
we can get adjusted as to what will be required from the Housing Authority to
meet the new standards.
