On behalf of Resources for Community Development, a developer and operator of affordable housing for people with the fewest options, I strongly support the proposed rule for the Housing Trust Fund Allocation Formula with no objection. The factors that the allocation takes into account are fair and comprehensive and truly reflective of the intent of the original legilsation. It will ensure that funds are allocated according to needs, thereby ensuring funds will be employed efficiently and expeditiously and that states with a significant and immediate need for affordable housing, such as California, will be able to produce a significant amount of affordable homes for extremely low-income families.
