These proposed changes will prevent most Blue Collar workers and first time home buyers from becoming home owners. A call to action is absolutely essential to stop this from occuring and also to show that the Governement has stepped a little too far to the right concerning these ideas .. please hear our voices ..This cannot and must not be allowed to happen, lastly we must think of the Real Estate Brokers, Investors, Agents, and Mortgage Bankers who would also be greatly affected, if this plan is allowed to pass
