For the last six years the City of Farmington Rental survey shows significantly higher median rent by bedrooms than the FMR. The annual adjustments adequately follow broad market adjustments but the base number is way off. Median rent 3bed Farmington nm 2009 was $1050 The 2012 FMR shows $863 I want to talk to the people doing FMR determination. Also, rent in the City of Farmingotn is WAY higher than in the County.
