I approve this proposed rule that Energy efficient measures that need to be addressed. A suggestion I might make is that the vague "energy efficient measures" should be more detailed and could include something like adding more LEED homes to the United States when developing an area. LEED homes are leadership in Energy and Environmental Design. They are more expensive, but very energy efficient and "green" homes.
