Hi My concerns are that this consolidation may not have the funding to support that programs which house homeless persons. In addition, HMIS hasn't given correct numbers to measure what the needs really are, so I hope we don't depend on HMIS too much when allocating funding, for the homeless. HPRP, was great in the way it was used to house homeless persons and it appeared to be the majic pill. Peace be with you Richard file 5474-1-01 Hud 22011-0153-0001
