We rent to individuals in a multi-family residence. The value we give is their own living space "as if" it were their own home - barring destruction of property, etc., etc. This FR–5597–N–02 takes away their individual rights by not allowing them to smoke in their own residence. Some of these people have worked all their lives and their chosen method of relax is to sit at night in front of their TV or with a few friends and have a cigarette. I don't think we should take that away from them.
