Comment on FR Doc # E7-14850

Founders of Doctors' Hospital, Inc. in Tulsa, Oklahoma provides donations to dozens of local 501 (c) (3) organizations, like ours, each year. While the donations to my organization have not been large they are very important to our mission of helping build better lives through behavioral health and substance abuse services. As I understand the proposed rule change Founders would need to limit the number of secondary charities it supports to four or less and/or limit the amount paid to secondary charities to an amount significantly less that the amounts they have been awarding for the last several years. If this rule change is approved it will negatively effect not only my organization, but dozens more in the Tulsa community. I strongly urge you to not make this rule change.
