These tax laws MUST and should apply to all government agencies and how they use the Government air transportation that we (tax payers) pay for. The Government works for the people of America. We pay your salaries and the cost of your desk to your Gulfstreams and Boeing planes. If we are governed by Sarbine-Oxly, then you should have to use the same rules we are required to abide by. If I can not take a non company employee (my wife) on the corporate jet with me then you should NOT be able to take your wife either.
